All of our group classes are led by qualified instructors, and, unless otherwise noted, are FREE for you to enjoy as part of your membership.

This Insanity-inspired group fitness mashes up high intensity calorie burning cardio exercises with muscle building movements to burn fan, tone physiques, and make you sweat by pushing your body to maximum activity through the entire workout.

Quick Pump

Learn how to burn while you earn strength. Quick pump focuses on strength training for the beginner and enhancing muscle size and definition in half the time. This fast-paced, high-volume training approach packs a punch in just 30 minutes.

Pilates is a system of exercises and controlled movements designed to improved strength, flexibility, control, and endurance in the entire body. Pilates emphasizes breathing and core strength through movements that can be modified to accommodate any level of fitness or experience.

Butts & Guts

Finish your day with a quick, but challenging group class that focuses on your core, hips, glutes, and legs. A combination of stability and body weight exercises will help you sculpt your butt and your gut.

Considered by some to be the world’s most insanely tough workout, INSANITY is a high intensity, calorie burning cardio combo class. It will burn fat, build muscle, and make you sweat by keeping your body working at maximum capacity through the entire workout.

Nutrition Classes

No matter how much time you spend in the weight room or doing cardio, you’ll never reach your peak without a proper diet.

At Results Fitness & Nutrition Center, we believe in nutrition so much that we put it in our name! That’s why we include nutrition plans in all of our personal training programs, and also offer FREE nutrition classes for members.

Nutrition classes are held regularly depending on interest, and are taught by owner Brian Atteberry, who has over 20 years of experience in nutrition design for clients that include finalists in the Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, and Miss America Pageants.

In addition to our free nutrition classes, Brian’s published nutrition manual containing all the information you need to build the foundation of your diet can be purchased at the front desk for $15.

Kids’ Fitness Programs

Health habits, whether good or bad, often start at a young age and carry through adulthood. Our kids’ fitness classes are designed to teach kids 8-14 the basics of exercise and nutrition, as well as prepare them for sports-related activities.

We offer the following Kids’ Fitness Classes:

Results On-Ramp

Ages 12-14
MWF 4-5p by appointment only

$100/month with membership

The Results On-Ramp course is a three-month course designed for children of members who wish to be added to a family membership before they turn 15. This course will teach them proper lifting technique and gym etiquette.

After School Program

Ages 8-14
MWF 4-5p during Fall & Spring semesters

$100/month with 3-mo agreement
$150/month without agreement

Participants in our after school program receive instruction from a certified personal trainer that specializes in youth fitness. During the course, kids will be taught proper form and training function, nutrition, speed, agility, and endurance. This program is fast-paced and built to challenge students in all aspects of their athletic training based on their individual/sports needs.

For both age groups, the goal of our summer programs is to boost self confidence and personal development in a team setting.

The 8-11 age group will focus mainly on cardiovascular exercise and teamwork through sport-specific movements and endurance training.

The 12-14 age group introduces resistance and strength training to the curriculum to allow the students’ bodies to develop naturally and safely.

Although the Summer Program focuses on athletic performance, children who do not participate in sports should feel perfectly welcome in this class. Participants have had great success with weight loss, body composition, self confidence, and working as a team. Whether they play sports or not, lifestyle development is the most important aspect of the program.
