4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
What do the participants do in the After School Program?
We will teach them proper form, proper training function, nutrition, speed, agility, and endurance development. Our program will challenge them in all aspects of their athletic training. The strength training portion will challenge them based on their individual needs, individual sport needs, and position needs, while teaching them life skills in the weight room. The speed and development portion will not only improve their speed and agility, but it will also teach them the proper technique needed to maximize their speed and agility in their particular sport. We won’t just improve their endurance, we will improve their ability to use each of the energy systems (phospholytic, glycolitic, and oxidative) the body uses. Since it is only an hour each session, the pace will be fast, but very effective.
If my child misses the first days/weeks, is he/she still able to participate?
Yes. The trainers are capable of getting a new participant acclimated to the camp smoothly and efficiently.
