The Set-Up program is for individuals that can’t travel to Results Fitness on a daily basis, but would like to have our expertise in your fitness and diet routine. The initial consultation will be an in depth analysis of your current diet, body composition, and workout schedule. We will basically teach you how to eat, when to eat, and what to eat. The workout program will be an individualized routine designed for your needs; sedentary individuals, athletes, senior citizens etc… A follow up program can be done every 6 weeks to make sure progress is being attained, any questions about the routine can be answered, and you will receive another 6 week workout routine.
