Welcome to Results Fitness
Results Fitness and Nutrition Center is a family-owned gym located in Edmond, Oklahoma. All Results Fitness personal trainers have college degrees in kinesiology/exercise science or a related field, and are certified by a nationally accredited certification board (i.e. ACSM, NFPA, NSCA).
Results Fitness combines the friendliness and comfort of a local business with the knowledge and expertise of highly qualified fitness and nutrition professionals.
Our roots go all the way back to 1993 when owner Brian Attebery became a nationally certified trainer while pursuing his degree in Health and Sport Sciences at the University of Oklahoma. After completing his degree in 1997, he started his own personal training business before opening Results Fitness in Edmond in 2003.
Our goal at Results Fitness has always been to help our clients and members identify and attain their individual wellness goals through customized personal training programs, one-on-one attention, and nutrition education.
